Bruker Hysitron TI-900 Nanoindenter
The Bruker Hysitron TI-900 nanoindenter measures the hardness, modulus and other mechanical properties of micro-to-mesoscale, structures, thin films, and coatings.
It can apply forces of up to 1.5 N to a sample through probes of specific geometries while precisely measuring the force applied to and deformation of a sample.
